Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Katto account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse without damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
