Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Custom or oversized furniture pieces may require additional lead time, which will be specified on the product page.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Katto ships to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also track your status directly through your Katto account dashboard.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
